Grow where you are already strong
The cheapest growth usually comes from customers who already trust you. Before looking for new markets, ask what your current customers would buy more of, and what would make them recommend you sooner.
Five strategies that keep working
- Sell more to existing customers. Add the next obvious product or tier.
- Widen a channel that already converts. Double down before you diversify.
- Partner with a business that serves the same people. Share an audience instead of renting one.
- Lower the cost of trying you. A free trial, a small first project or a clear guarantee.
- Raise prices where the value is proven. Many teams undercharge for years.
Choose one, then measure it
Running all five at once makes it impossible to tell which one moved the numbers. Pick the strategy that fits your stage, give it a quarter, and judge it against a target you set in advance.
Growth you cannot explain is growth you cannot repeat.
Know when to stop
A strategy that has not moved its target after a fair trial is telling you something. Stop it, write down what you learned, and try the next one on the list.
